Booking

Two ways in

Book it yourself, or send it to the desk

Booking is the one tool here that does not run on this page. It needs a signed-in account, because a booking commits space on a vessel against your name.

If you ship with us regularly, the portal is faster: your parties, your ports and your usual carriers are already there. If this is a one-off, send us the details instead and we will raise the booking for you.

Before you book

Have the sailing and the paperwork settled first

A booking is space on a named voyage, so the two things worth settling before you raise one are which sailing you are aiming at and whether the ownership document is in hand.

Check the sailing schedules for the voyages on your route and what dates they run. If the unit came from an auction or is not running, read salvage and non-running vehicles first: what decides whether it can go is your ownership document, not the condition.

Not sure which sailing to book against?

Tell us the vehicle and where it is going. We will come back with the options and what each one costs.
